All teams affiliated with KEFF may operate only in accordance with the rules set by the federation.
All teams registered under KEFF must pay an annual subscription fee of €50 every year before August.
If an organization or other team intends to hold an All-European football tournament among the teams under KEFF, they must obtain permission from KEFF and pay a fee of €50 to obtain a permission letter and regulations.
All Europe Football Tournaments conducted with the permission of KEFF must be conducted only in accordance with KEFF regulations.
If an organization or teams intend to hold an All Europe Football Tournament, they must notify KEFF at least one month in advance and obtain permission by paying 50% of the fee.
If it is noticed that tournaments are being held in any way that does not comply with KEFF’s rules and regulations, that team or organization will be subject to legal action.
The decision on how many teams can be included in an All Europe Football Tournament and how the tournament will be conducted (knockout-group stage) is entirely the sole responsibility of the tournament organizing committee.
In the case of group stage matches, the winners should be awarded 3 points, those who draw should be awarded 1 point, and those who lose should be awarded 0 points.
The penalty option should never be used in the group stages.
The winners of the group stage are decided on the basis of points and if both teams are equal, the group winners must be decided according to FIFA rules.
Action against misbehavior in tournaments, misbehavior towards referees, and problems between players will be taken only under the Disciplinary and Advisory of KEFF. If there is a complaint, it should be reported to KEFF within 24 hours.
If you want to hold an All Europe Football Tournament, you must offer a minimum first cash prize of €800.
In the All Europe Football Tournaments under KEFF, 3 players from other states who are of Indian origin, other than Malayalis, can be included in the team and 2 of them can be played on the field at the same time.
If other teams express doubts about players from other states, the documents of the suspected player must be presented to the committee and verified.
The registration fee that can be charged from a team is 100€, but it can be up to a maximum of 150€, taking into account the situation of the team, availability of ground, amount, etc.
A team or player banned by KEFF may not be allowed to play in any tournaments until their ban is lifted. If this is noticed, action will be taken against that team as well.
After the expiry of the time limit for the teams and players banned by KEFF, if KEFF receives their apology letter, the Executive Committee will discuss and decide on their reinstatement.
If any executive member of KEFF is found to be acting against KEFF, action should be taken against that member
